BG Village offers the best retail location in Beaverton for the price at $16/NNN includes water/ common area electric/taxes/ins/fire alarm system maintenance/ security/ tenant pays their own com lines, janitorial, electric and garbage. Longer terms available with annual CPI adjustments.

BG Station offers a monthly rate between .41/NNN to .65/NNN depending on the current amenities of the space. It's a warehouse with limited HVAC areas available. The as is shell rate can be improved and the expense amortized to into the base shell rate upon approved credit. Otherwise, it's a great rate so you can build it when you come. NNN includes water/ electric/taxes/ ins / grounds maintenance/ common area maintenance including restrooms/ fire, sprinkler and alarm system maintenance/ tenant pays their own com line, janitorial & garbage. And in some cases gas. 1 yr term, longer terms available with annual CPI adjustments.
